  1. Payments will be charged in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar).
  2. The exchange rate for reference is NTD:USD = 30:1. The actual rate depends on the exchange rate set by the issuing bank of your credit card.
  3. Your credit card bank may have surcharge of currency exchange.

Payment Method

  • Payment can only be made by credit card (Visa / MasterCard / JCB).
  • Please note that full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration. If no payment is received, your registration is not completed and will be automatically cancelled. You will then need to register again.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration fees refund will be made and subject to the following deadline (GMT+8) and charges:
Cancellation on or before 8 Aug 2022 50% of the payment made
Cancellation on or after 9 Aug 2022 No refund
  • Cancellation must be made in writing to the NUTHOS-13 2022 Secretariat by email at info@nuthos-13.org.
  • Registration fees refund will be made after the conclusion of NUTHOS-13 2022.
  • All bank charges incurred for the registration fees refund process will be the responsibility of the participants.

Registration Notes

  • Registration without payment will NOT be processed.
  • A registration confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the full registration fee payment.
  • To revise your registration, you can log in the NUTHOS-13 2022 Registration Site using your account email and password to re-submit.
  • If the revision involves changes of your registration type, please contact the NUTHOS-13 2022 Secretariat at info@nuthos-13.org.
  • A replacement or transfer is allowed only if the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received on or before 22 August 2022 (GMT+8).
  • The conference program is subject to change without prior notice and will be updated on the Conference Website.
